Nothing eventful to report from Tuesday's Criminal Day at 15-1-01. No hearings took place, and one case of Ethnic Intimidation and Terroristic Threats was dismissed after the Commonwealth's witness failed to appear. The case was on it's third listing. Other than that, of the eight remaining cases, five were continued, two were waived for Common Pleas Court, and the eights was withdrawn following compliance with an agreement where charges were reduced to summary offenses.
Here's hoping today's Criminal Day at 15-2-03 in West Goshen is a little more interesting...
