The Practice Development Manager will interact with the Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL) physician client in the process of launching and building a weight loss practice. You will assist the physician client in optimizing the practice success through analysis of practice statistics and one on one communication. Communication through phone consultation and implementation of recommendations is essential to the position. Collaboration with physician and physician staff is integral to the process. Adept organizational skills are necessary to track multiple physician clients through the ongoing process.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage new clients in their integration of CMWL into existing practice.
Help existing clients grow current weight loss practice.
Analyze client practice data to diagnose potential issues and to intervene early when new clients are not gaining initial traction.
Analyze client practice data to diagnose potential issues and to intervene early when negative trends emerge for existing clients.
Troubleshoot office practice and/or conversions problems and develop recommendations for resolution for client implementation.
Analyze practice and financial activity reports for individual clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing client base and create retention building relationships.
