Primary responsibility for sales of high end luxury homes for Developer.
Responsibilities:
Handle effective sales presentation
Maintain prospect database with follow-up
and status reporting
Negotiate terms of sales
Prepare required paper work for each home sales
Be point person between buyer and developer
Must be self motivated and goal oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge/formal real estate principle/ guidelines
Flexible schedule for weekend or evening if necessary
4 years Real Estate sales of luxury homes
Associates Degree preferred
60-65k base plus incentives/full benefits
