We're OperationsInc, a human resources consulting firm based in Stamford, CT. We are currently seeking a versatile, Part-Time Office Manager to support our client – a leading loan portfolio valuation and sales firm located in Harrison NY.
Responsibilities:The part-time Office Manager (15 hours per week) will be responsible for the overall office operations, including:
* Processing of invoices for routing to accounts payable
* Ordering supplies and maintaining inventories
* Interfacing with all service providers
* Overseeing the needs of field office personnel
* Event Planning
* Mail distribution and posting
* Interfacing with building owner and service personnel
* General filing
* Liaise with outside accountants on 1099s
* Miscellaneous duties as assigned
