West Highland Support Services is seeking Technical Support Specialists for our Remote Operations Center in Brewster NY
Candidates must have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003 with experience in Active Directory administration,system builds,deployment,maintenance,troubleshooting and help desk support.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP and related Internet protocols,security/firewalls,and network administration is also required.
Unix and/or Linux experience is highly desireable.
Experience with Cisco products/components is a plus.
