CHILD STRUCK ON GAY STREET
At around 17:20, GFAC and Medic 91 were dispatched to the report of a male juvenile who was struck on Gay St in front of the Wawa in West Goshen. Upon arrival, EMS requested a direct fly for the 9-year-old male who suffered a loss of consiousness after being struck by a vehicle and thrown approximately 30-35 feet. The victim was flown to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia by PennSTAR #2. It's not known whether this was a hit-and-run or not, but it didn't appear to be the case. West Goshen police are handling the investigation.
