Consumer Reports rates two inexpensive helmets as CR Best Buys
For adults; both are CR Best Buys:
Bell Citi $45
Bell Slant $50
Both scored very good in impact absorption tests.
Look on the Net to find the best price for these two helmets. Performance Bikes is selling the the Citi for $35.
