General Maintenance worker needed for retirement community/healthcare facility in Sleepy Hollow to assist with maintaining buildings, equipment and systems, complete corrective work orders, PMs,a nd general maintenance-related requests. Must have valid NYS driver's license. Also must have experience with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, landscaping, maintenance procedures, and Good Interpersonal Skills. Maintenance experience in a Healthcare Environment is preferred.
